Dimensionare il serbatoio in base al servizio operativo

Specificare il serbatoio d’aria compressa in base alla portata d’aria libera del compressore, al profilo della domanda, alle pressioni minima e massima del sistema, alla durata di accumulo richiesta, alla temperatura di esercizio, alla disposizione verticale o orizzontale preferita, al materiale, alle dimensioni delle connessioni, allo scarico della condensa, agli accessori di sicurezza, alla giurisdizione di destinazione e alla quantità. Una semplice regola capacità-portata non rappresenta ogni ciclo di lavoro. Il dimensionamento preliminare deve utilizzare l’intervallo di pressione utile e l’evento di domanda, seguito dalla verifica dei requisiti di installazione e normativi a destinazione. Prima dell’ordine confermare volume, pressione massima ammissibile di esercizio, classe di temperatura, materiale, orientamento, supporti, bocchelli, sistema di scarico, requisiti della valvola di sicurezza, accesso per ispezione e documentazione applicabile del modello selezionato.
