You tell us what you need — product type, target specifications, budget, timeline, and target market. We provide a preliminary feasibility assessment and budget estimate within 24 hours.
Design & Engineering
Our engineering team creates or reviews the product design, including 3D CAD models, material specifications, and compliance mapping (which certifications apply to your target market).
Sampling (7–15 Days)
We produce pre-production samples for your approval. Samples include your chosen branding, color, and packaging. You can request modifications before mass production begins.
Mass Production (15–45 Days)
After sample confirmation, full production begins. In-line QC inspection at every stage. Batch sampling and testing per your requirements and applicable standards.
Final Inspection & Shipping
Pre-shipment inspection (we welcome third-party inspectors). FOB Shanghai — we handle export documentation including certificate of origin, bill of lading, and certification documents under your brand name.

Can I use my own mold design?
Yes. For plastic RO tanks, we can fabricate custom injection molds to your design. Mold fabrication takes 15–30 days. The mold belongs to you and is stored at our facility for your exclusive production runs.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. Pre-production samples are provided within 7–15 days. Sample cost is credited against your production order.
Can you ship directly to my customers (drop shipping)?
Yes. We offer white-label shipping — your branded products, your packaging, shipped under your company name. FOB Shanghai or door-to-door service available.
What certifications can you provide?
Depending on your target market: ASME U-Stamp (North America), CE/PED (European Union), NSF (water safety), plus standard ISO 9001 and RoHS compliance documentation. All certification documents can be issued under your brand name.
