1. Warranty Coverage
HM Tanks warrants our pressure tanks, expansion tanks, RO water storage tanks, and air receiver tanks against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. Warranty Period
Standard warranty periods vary by product line. Please refer to your purchase agreement or contact us for product-specific warranty terms. Extended warranty options are available for bulk and OEM/ODM orders.
3. What Is Covered
Manufacturing defects, material failures under normal operating conditions, and non-conformance to agreed specifications.
4. What Is Not Covered
Damage from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or use outside specified operating parameters.
5. Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, contact us at info@huimay.cn with your order number, product details, and description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
